Delivery

Delivery is normally within 3 working days in the UK of receipt of order, we will not offer for sale any item that we do not have in stock.  Overseas customers should email us here if they want an estimated delivery time. In unusual circumstances items may take up to 14 days delivery.  We will contact you immediately if we anticipate this delay and offer a refund should you wish to cancel your order.

Returns

Our 14 day "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We cannot refund for goods purchased over 14 days or which have been used or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. Exchanges will be given whenever possible. Return postage, packing, insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. If you do wish to return goods please email us here, quoting your order number and giving the reason for the return.

Tax

All orders include UK VAT (if applicable) at 17.5%. We regret we do not have a facility for overseas customers to reclaim VAT.
